I responded to a service call for a residential pipe repair in Park Forest, IL today. Upon inspection, I identified damage at the cleanout in the backyard, affecting the pipe leading to the main sewer line. I applied a temporary fix by inserting a line to address the critical issue. Additionally, I provided the homeowner with a detailed estimate for the complete replacement of the damaged pipe section.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are galvanized showing slight signs of rust. Will provide quote for lining ducts and possibly spin cast mortaring. Also televised sewer from pulled toilet. There are cracks in the street and also a piece of clay that is broken on top but still in place. Need to provide quote for installing a clean out in front yard then will be able to quote for installing a spot liner. Cast is channeled with a hole in the bottom of the tee at the stack.
Ductwork video inspection service call. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are cardboard ducts with metal fittings and connections. Cardboard is coming in on itself in several places. If ducts were to be kept in the floor they would need to be cleaned out then spin cast mortared and spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.
